A short way up the street from Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Pier, on the tram corner at Connaught Road West, you will find LAWSGROUP Properties' newest commercial development, the Connaught Marina building. Located between the city's Central Business District and the traditional Sai Ying Pun neighborhood, this 28 story building was designed to combine the spirits of both the old world and the new. With easy access to MTR stations and vintage trams, LAWSGROUP hopes to set this revolutionary office complex up as a hub of finance, culture, and community. While the sleek architecture of Connaught Marina evokes the feeling of old tenement houses, this boutique building offers a host of modern design elements that give the office spaces a bright and airy feeling.

Featuring modern office spaces that range from 412 to 1845 sq ft, and with layouts ranging from traditional cellular offices to entire open floor suites, Connaught Marina is not your typical cookie-cutter workspace. Ceiling heights of 3.5 up to 5 meters combined with views of the harbor give the offices a spacious feel. The curtain walls provide high-quality thermal and sound insulation while still allowing for maximum natural light. In an effort to achieve its goal of being a community center, Connaught Marina also offers 4 floors of space dedicated to retail shopping, restaurants, and cafes.

LAWSGROUP hopes that this new space will not only provide much-needed revitalization to the heart of Hong Kong but will also be a space that people look forward to coming to work. Comfort and humanization were crucial elements in the conceptualization of the building. Art pieces and murals from both local and international artists adorn the walls and common spaces, inviting people to stop and take a minute to enjoy the ambiance. Creative and cultural elements were incorporated in every level of the project's design. The 6th floor is home to a large, landscaped garden which is perfect for a leisurely stroll.
