As the market continues to grow and show more signs of positive growth, more and more new projects have begun launching. One project, in particular, is the Pak Shek Kok's own Ontolo in Tai Po. It is slated to provide well over 720 varying units. Meanwhile, Novum East, in Quarry Bay, houses 464 units, each largely smaller-sized.

Its developer, the Great Eagle Holdings, Ontolo will open with two show flats. The first will be based on room A's layout from Tower 9A's 12th floor. This is of particular note, as the four-bedroom, 1,224-square foot unit is set to be redesigned in the three-bedroom Japandi-style.

The designer, using various types of materials to create their lines, has made an ambience in the unit space that is noted as being both fresh as well as peaceful even from the moment one enters.

Those that walk in are immediately greeted by a light wooden ceiling and floor with a large and spacious living room. Many of the other furniture pieces are also made from wood, including the TV cabinets, low stools, and coffee table. The living room is finished off with a bold dark grey sofa, fully immersing the resident in the room's organic aesthetic and minimalist feel.

Connecting the living room with the balcony is a glass sliding door. Unit residents can use the balcony to view the gardens down below as well as the Tolo Harbour. It is also noted for being quite spacious, easily able to hold a table and several chairs, making it a great and private mini-retreat.

Following that, the dining room strongly echoes the Japandi style. It holds additional pieces of wooden furniture along with black cushioned dining chairs. This gives it a matching aesthetic to the sofa's darker tones. Adding to the room's theme, there is a monochrome abstract painting as well as a rectangular light fixture.

The master suite is a large and roomy space, capable of floating a large bed at its centre without inconveniencing either side. The bed faces a large glass window, featuring a view of the sea. On either side of the bed sits a small table and lamp, while a small sofa and lamp help to fill out the remaining space, simultaneously balancing it out and completing the room's refined and distinguished appearance.

The suite also holds a full-length wardrobe, as well as an installed dressing table, inside of a cloakroom.

Ontolo will offer exactly 723 available units, each of varying layouts and bedroom sizes. The smallest units will be one-bedroom with 356-square feet, while the largest will be four with 2,083-square feet.

In addition, the project will also include low-rise duplex units, each with a ranging area between 2,775 and 3,098-square feet.

Novum East has also opened its show flats for visits.

The Henderson Land developed unit is one bedroom and has a 293-square foot area. It is modelled after Flat C from the 32nd floor and has a square-shaped layout alongside an open kitchen and rectangle-shaped living room.

The Novum East unit will feature a terrace, allowing its inhabitants to enjoy the view of the sea while also having access to fresh air and relaxation. The bedroom has a balcony that offers its own breathtaking view of the sea.

The building will ultimately provide 464 units, ranging from studios to two-bedroom units. They are set to have a square foot area ranging between 193-square feet and 451-square feet. The smallest unit is found on the third floor and is a studio flat, having an area size of 193-square feet. Interestingly, it also comes with a balcony sitting at well over 206-square feet.

On the building's second floor is a 10,000-square foot clubhouse. There, a banquet hall, swimming pool, landscaped garden, and the multimedia room can be found for its residents.

Finally, the building houses a fitness room. This room features high-quality equipment similar to that of "Queenax The Corner"'s. This ensures that residents can stay healthy while, in addition to its many other features, also having fun and leisurely activities during their spare time.
